We advise clients on start-of-life business set-up and incorporation, and obtaining relevant licenses for a broad range of regulated business operations compliance framework, including Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Due Diligence, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Our expert teams provide on-going compliance support with tailored and updated policies, procedures, frameworks. We handle continuing regulatory inspections compliance and correspondences, advise boards and management on compliance issues, provide compliance assessments and relevant regulatory updates including Sustainability and Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) reporting.

Mr Thomas Lam is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Alder Corporate Services. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.

Thomas started his career as a regulator in the Singapore Exchange before moving into investment banking with a regional bank and a boutique corporate finance house, handling a variety of IPOs, M&As, fund raising exercises and other corporate actions. He then moved into Catalist compliance advisory, advising listed companies (across wide-ranging major industries such as engineering and manufacturing, education, healthcare, chemicals, oil & gas, energy, water, mining, property, FMCG, F&B, media and technology) on fund-raising, corporate actions, listing rules compliance and corporate governance. Thomas founded 3 Peaks Capital Private Limited which successfully applied for Capital Markets Services (CMS) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to provide corporate finance advisory services. 3 Peaks has also collaborated with companies on their Licensing and Registration as a Fund Management Company regulated by the MAS.

To date, he has amassed almost 20 years of experience in the Singapore compliance and corporate finance industry. He is an independent director of several local and foreign listed companies, providing practical insights on corporate governance and advocating corporate governance as a foundation for sustainable and value-adding operations and pushing for practical cost-effective, risk-centric compliance solutions. Being a practitioner and license holder, Thomas is well qualified to help companies on their compliance journey.
