Managed Compliance Outsourcing & Policies
A complete compliance function has three parts: the people responsible for it, the checks that verify who you deal with, and the documentation that sets out how your business operates. Alder can take on any of the three, or all of them.
This page brings together our compliance outsourcing services for Singapore businesses. Use it to see how the services fit together and which combination suits your business. Each service has its own page with full details.

Questions About Combining Services
Which service should I start with?
Start with the gap that carries the most regulatory risk for your business. For most licensed firms, that is the compliance officer role. For licence-exempt businesses with AML/CFT obligations, it is usually AML/KYC policies and screening. A discovery call can help confirm the right starting point.
What is the difference between a Compliance Officer and a DPO?
A Compliance Officer oversees your regulatory compliance, such as AML/CFT controls and regulatory filings. A Data Protection Officer oversees how your organisation handles personal data under the PDPA. They are separate roles, and your business may need one or both.
Do I need all five policies?
Not necessarily. Which policies you need depends on your regulatory status, business model and the expectations of your regulator. We confirm which policies apply to you before preparing or reviewing any of them.
Can I add services later?
Yes. Many businesses start with one service and add others as they grow or as their regulatory obligations change.
Not sure which combination fits?
Book a discovery call and we will recommend the services that match your business and regulatory status.
